POLIFIBER PLUS® (CE)

POLIFIBER PLUS® is a modified polyolefin structural fiber, designed to be added to shotcrete and poured concrete making it able to avoid cracking and increase its durability, improving metal meshes and fibers attributes and reducing costs.

These fibers replace the armor designed to absorb tensile forces created during the concrete setting and hardening process, making it possible to substitute either totally or partially, depending on the case, the main armors.

Our fiber is specifically indicated to be used in:

  • Concrete slabs, screeds and floors, as well as precast elements.
  • Shotcrete and projected mortar, used in tunnels, mining, pools …
  • Piers and marine platforms.
  • Security structures: glue, safe, armor.
  • In general, for concretes that are used to increase the tensile strength, impact resistance, and energy absorption capacity.

Polypropylene Fiber POLIFIBER® (CE)

POLYPROPYLENE ANTI-CRACKING FIBER POLIFIBER T-31 (CE)

POLIFIBER® is a reinforcing fiber, produced with polypropylene multifilament, studied to be added to mortars and concretes in order to reduce the cracking and increase its durability and impact resistance, as well as tensile strength and compression resistance, becoming an effective and inexpensive alternative to the metal mesh and fibers when it comes to control the cracking.

During the setting time increases the internal tension and pressure of the concrete, causing micro-cracks which could turn into bigger ones. The metal mesh and fibers are useful just when this process has already happened and the concrete is cracked, while POLIFIBER® prevents its formation when the concrete is in plastic state.

Our product is specially indicated to be added to:

  • Concrete slabs, screeds and floors.
  • Concrete pavements.
  • Shotcrete and projected mortar. •
  • Precast elements.
  • Cementitious overlays.
  • Facade grouting.
  • Mortars in general.

Twisted Ropes

TWISTED ROPES AND WIRELESS

We have combined machines double and quadruple twist that produce twisted ropes in 3 or 4 strands, from 4 mm. up to 80 mm. We use different kinds of raw material, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, Polysteel, polyamide and polyester.

We also produce twisted yarns generated by double twisting machines and collected in rolls heavier  than 5 Kg, which minimizes the number of knots or splices.

All our wires and ropes can be manufactured with a special anti-UV treatment that protects them against a prolonged sun exposure, increasing its durability under these conditions.

Briaded Ropes

STRAND ROPES AND WIRES

We produce braided ropes 16, 24, 32 or 48 spindles, with or without a soul, using different types of raw material, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polysteel, polyamide and polyester ..

We have a large number of braiding machines that produce from 1 mm twisted yarns. to 10 mm. thick.

All our wires and ropes can be manufactured with a special anti-UV treatment that protects against his prolonged sun exposure, increasing its durability under these conditions.

We produce Braided Needle Rope high tenacity nylon with a diameter of 5 mm.

It is presented in rolls of 200 meters or 400 meters.

Diamond Braided Rope

DIAMOND BRAIDED ROPE

Manufacture of Diamond Polyester Braided Rope, with 4 mm. 5 mm. and 6 mm. diameter.

It is presented in 200 meters spools.

Due to its configuration it is a soft, flexible and good performance rope.

It has a high resistance to sunlight, traction, friction and moisture, so it is recommended for outdoor use.

It is especially suitable for use in:

Awnings and tarpaulins, blinds, greenhouses, nautical, mooring of goods and trailers, clothes hangers, advertising posters, industrial applications.

We produce polyethylene or polysteel twisted polywire of 5 mm diameter.

It is presented in reels of 500m, with an approximate weight of 5 kg per reel.

It is mainly used as a guide for electrical and telephone installations.

It is also recommended for nautical and agriculture, and for use in awnings and covers.
